Successful In Love And Life
"I hate you, you're stupid, leave me alone." How many words like this from her mouth, and you literally want to join, to grasp it and pull it back? We can think of any occasions where it happened and it is these moments that we recognize the importance of our words. What times when we do not really see what we say? What effect this would have on our lives?
Your words and thoughts are stronger than you think. Most of the time we are not our thoughts, not much attention to words, we want to use. Often, this means that our decisions are made, either by habit or fear, especially when it comes to what we say and do in our relationships. As usual, and fear the way, we often put in situations we would rather not, but if we learn to cope with this fear, our thoughts and words are true, we can make a conscious choice to fear disappears and a new world of possibilities to be replaced. Are we that we are more intelligent decisions, and most relationships in our life with joy and satisfaction are required.
The simple fact is that every situation is by changing your thoughts and words, because it changes not only changes your perception and your behavior. I recently trained a woman in their relationships. She came to me was in a place where they hesitated to and fro to see if they wanted to be in a relationship or not. If so, who would be this person and where to find them? If not, why not? If it did, because it's just not ready yet, what would it be ready for them?
As you can imagine, there are a lot of material to cover and to do to get the right answers to these questions. We started with coaching and took a look at beliefs, which they currently have to find a relationship. She said she was not sure she was ready for a relationship at the moment. Then she revealed that she recently planning to return with a man she had a rocky relationship in the long run. The relationship was quit painful few months earlier.
Through coaching, she worked, since they are very limiting belief that his only option at this stage of his life were either connected with this man or someone new to a particular site is known mixture of encounter.
